Retail Sales-Agent

*Welcome customers and provide a professional and positive in-store experience. *Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences. *Promote and sell the company's products, including gold coins, gold ingots, and other available offerings. *Explain product features, pricing, investment benefits, and current market information to customers. *Achieve individual and branch sales targets and KPIs. *Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services. *Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. *Ensure all customer information and sales transactions are properly recorded in the designated systems. *Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. *Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. *Ensure products are displayed according to company standards and maintain branch appearance. *Follow all company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and security guidelines. *Stay updated on gold market trends, product updates, and promotional campaigns. *Participate in training sessions and continuous development programs. *Support branch operations and perform additional duties assigned by management.

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred

Strong communication and selling skills

Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
