Costing Supervisor

Your tasks

1. Perform cost analysis and maintain accurate costing records to support gross margin and pricing analysis
2. Analyze variances between actual costs and standard BOM costs, working closely with production, warehouse, and other departments to identify key drivers and recommend corrective actions.
3. Manage Accounts Payable processes, including vendor payments and reconciliation.
4. Oversee Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments
5. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
6. Continuously support the process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of costing, AP, and AR workflows.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams such as production and warehouse departments to analyze cost variances.
3. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles, focusing on costing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
4. Hands-on experience in manufacturing or factory settings is highly desirable.
5. Good attention to detail and ability to streamline financial processes for efficiency.
