Workshop Manager

Job Scope Overseeing daily workshop operations Knowledgeable in hydraulics, engine overhaul and electrical system. Update management on the status of repairs on weekly meeting Follow up with equipment preventive schedule Planning and assigning team for daily repairs / maintenance work Lead and manage all workshop activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, fabrication, and equipment refurbishment. Plan and prioritize workshop schedules to ensure equipment availability for projects. Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.

Skills & Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline 3 years of experience in Crane & Transport maintenance 3 years in a management role Knowledge of Crawler Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Trailers, Hydraulic systems, Diesel engines, and Lifting equipment Familiar with WSH regulations Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
