Online Marketing Specialist (Part-Time / Remote)

G CROWN is a premier boutique in Singapore, renowned for high-end apparel, bridal wear, and bespoke tailoring services. We are looking for self-motivated, creative online marketers to help promote our premium bespoke apparel, custom gowns, and tailored fashion collections through digital channels and social networks.

Your tasks

• Social Media Promotion: Promote G CROWN’s products, custom tailoring services, and seasonal promotions through personal and social networks, including Xiaohongshu/RED, Instagram, WeChat, and Facebook.
• Online Inquiry Handling: Respond to initial customer inquiries via DM or chat, provide accurate product information, and offer warm, professional consultation to potential leads.
• Lead Conversion: Convert online interest into showroom visits by scheduling fitting appointments and coordinating with the in-house sales team.
• Campaign Support: Support lead generation, social media engagement, referral marketing, and other online promotional campaigns.
• Performance Reporting: Maintain regular communication with the marketing team by reporting leads, campaign performance, customer feedback, and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in social selling, affiliate marketing, digital lead generation, or online customer engagement is highly desirable.
• Social Media Savvy: Active user of popular social platforms, especially Xiaohongshu/RED, Instagram, and WeChat, with a good understanding of online fashion and lifestyle trends.
• Language: Strong written communication skills in English and Mandarin to engage effectively with diverse online audiences.
• Work Style: Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or flexible work environment.
• Attitude: Passionate about fashion, marketing, and customer service; proactive in identifying opportunities to attract and convert potential clients.

What we offer

SGD 1,800 - SGD 5,000 / month (Hourly Rate SGD 15 - SGD 25/hr + High Conversion Commission)
