Operations / Facility Manager

What You'll Do

Own the day-to-day running of our facility end to end: throughput, quality, cost and delivery targets. Lead and develop a multi-shift team of supervisors, operators and fulfilment riders. Keep our 24/7 operation running smoothly to a high, consistent standard. Manage suppliers, stock and the smooth running of machines and site infrastructure. Uphold our quality and chain-of-custody standards at every step. Report performance and opportunities to senior management.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of management experience. Proven operations, plant or facility management background (manufacturing, logistics, processing or hospitality). Strong people leadership — you can run and grow a large, multi-shift team. Comfortable with numbers and using data to make decisions. Calm under pressure, hands-on, with high standards on quality and cleanliness.
