Ualett aims to support its users by providing a seamless experience for accessing funds, especially for those who lack regular employment.

• Call clients assigned to their work panel and assist them with their requests.
• Provide regular follow-up on assigned clients.
• Classify and report the interactions carried out during the workday.

Work modality: On-site Workload: 42 hours Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m. Days off: Weekends Salary: $2664,750 + Transportation allowance $249.095

Requirements:

• English Level: B2 + Advanced Conversational
• Experience: 6 Months of experience in CS Calls is required. Collections Desired.
• Full-time availability
