Social Media Lead

NEW ROLE Social Media Strategist £45,000-£55,000 Hybrid (2-3 days on-site, 2-3 days remote) South Oxfordshire

An opportunity to build a content function from the ground up, rather than step into an existing structure. This is a fast-growing, private clinic operating in the premium cosmetic space. Since launching, the business has scaled to a team of 30+ and is opening a second site.

Day to day:

• Owning social strategy end to end across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Translating real client stories into high-performing content
• Producing content hands-on, including filming and editing (this is a strategic and delivery-focused role)
• Supporting recruitment into the team as it grows

This role suits someone who wants to build a function, not simply maintain one - someone with a strong creative eye, solid videography and editing skills, and the strategic judgement to shape direction rather than just execute a content calendar.

What you'll bring:

• A track record of leading social strategy for a brand, not just managing channels
• Confidence filming and editing content independently (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or Final Cut)
• Experience directing people on camera
• Commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of what strong performance looks like beyond engagement metrics
