Role
- Work directly with the CEO to build the core clinical platform and agents from scratch.
- Extreme independence and ownership of product direction.
- Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.
Qualifications
- Hands-on senior IC who's built products that got real traction or scaled meaningful systems.
- Full-stack depth across backend, databases, security, and ideally infrastructure (AWS is a plus).
- Comfortable deploying LLMs in production: testing, diagnostics, and continuous monitoring.
- Lives to build: side projects, open-source, startups.

Compensation: $180K–$300K salary with equity reflecting the scope of ownership and commitment.
