Sr. System Analyst

• Lead the analysis and design of complex business requirements and translate them into clear system requirements and technical solutions.
• Gather requirements from users and stakeholders, analyze business processes, and propose effective system solutions.
• Prepare detailed System Specification, Data Model, Process Flow, and other system design documents.
• Work closely with Developers to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance during development.
• Support System Testing and UAT to ensure the system meets business requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions to improve system performance and functionality.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. 8+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role. Strong experience in System Analysis and System Design. Able to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into system requirements. Experience creating System Specification, Data Model, Process Flow, and other technical documentation. Good understanding of Database and SQL. Experience working closely with Developers and Business Users. Experience supporting System Testing and UAT. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. สัญญาแรก 6 เดือน และต่อสัญญา
