PLC Programmer Leader

Responsible for the design, development, and commissing of PLC-based control systems for manufacturing and automation equipment. Collaborate with in-house engineering and production teams tp deliver safe, hight-quality, and efficient automation solutions. Also responsible for preparing wiring drawing and designing junction boxes, control panels, and other electrical enclosures using CAD software.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree of Electrical Engineer Machatronics , or related Age 30 - 40 years old Experience in PLC programming and industrial automation control systems. Experience with PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic and Structured Text. Ability to design, modify, and debug PLC programs. Knowledge of electrical control systems, sequence control, and troubleshooting. Experience with HMI design and screen development. Ability to read and create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Experience with machine commissioning, startup, and on-site adjustments. Knowledge of industrial communication networks such as Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, CC-Link. Flexibility to handle on-site coordination and business travel when required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
