Engineer

1. Monitor and control product quality within the assigned manufacturing processes. ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ในกระบวนการผลิตที่รับผิดชอบ

2.Analyze, investigate, and resolve quality issues arising during production.วิเคราะห์ สืบสวน และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการผลิต

3.Conduct verification activities and confirm the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและยืนยันประสิทธิผลของการแก้ไขและป้องกันปัญหา (Corrective & Preventive Actions)

4.Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other related departments to drive product and process quality improvements.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายวิศวกรรม และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อผลักดันการปรับปรุงคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง

5.Support line expansion activities and mass production ramp-up to ensure quality requirements are achieved.สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการขยายสายการผลิตและการเพิ่มกำลังการผลิต (Mass Production Ramp-up) เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพ

6.Prepare quality reports, analyze quality data, and monitor key quality performance indicators.จัดทำรายงานด้านคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคุณภาพ และติดตามตัวชี้วัดผลการดำเนินงานด้านคุณภาพ (Quality KPI)

7.Support customer complaint handling and Customer Quality activities.นับสนุนการจัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า (Customer Complaint) และกิจกรรมด้านคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้า

8.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

Qualifications: สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมวัสดุ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมเคมี Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical or related fields) มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในภาคการผลิต 2-3 ปี 2–3 (years of manufacturing experience) หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Quality Control (QC) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Acceptable if they have QC (Quality Control) experience) มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001 (Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System) มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ SPC (Statistical Process Control), QC Tools, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) และ FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรม (Technical Drawing) และข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค (Specification) ได้ สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็น 2 กะ (Day/Night Shift) ได้ Able to work in 2 shifts มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ไขปัญหา และการตัดสินใจที่ดี Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• สามารถสื่อสารได้อย่างน้อย ภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาจีน ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ Chinses or English or Thai

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Experience in electroplating or semiconductor-related industry is an advantage
