Finance Officer

• Prepare and handle international payment documents for both import and export transactions, including L/C and T/T applications, foreign collections, and related cover documents.
• Verify the correctness and accuracy of payment documents and make the payment on time

•Record financial entries into the ERP system •Payment schedule preparation •Cash flow preparation •Liaise externally with debtors / creditors / banks and follow up for the related documents •Communicate and coordinate within the organization with related departments •Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury Detail-oriented and accurate in reviewing financial data Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., SAP) is an advantage Good communication and coordination skills Honest, highly responsible, and able to maintain financial confidentiality
