TPM Engineer (Machine)

Your tasks

• Maintain Machine/ Equipment breakdown for Production Operating
• Contact to outsource supplier for equipment repair and follow up.
• Improvement the equipment to increase productivity
• Setup PM Planning and action of preventive failure both utility and machine inprocess
• Rise up conservation of energy project and follow up solution result.
• Record the maintenance presentation report (trouble, repair and improvement).
• Analysis with FMEA the root cause to find countermeasure for TPM team
• Training and management of TPM staffs
• Machine Spare Part Control & Maintenance Cost Control
• Perform other assignment by higher level

Requirements

1. Male (only) Age 25 Years or up
2. Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering Electrical/Mechanical Engineer or related field
3. Understand and able to do activity 5 S ,TPM , IE ,Kaizen,Safety ,QC And ISO 9001
4. Skill for AutoCAD or other software for drawing and understand the drawing (mechanical and electrical)
5. Knowledge of equipment design and maintenance engineering and highly motivation to learn them more
6. Knowledge of safety, laws and other rules to keep the factory good condition
7. Knowledge of system control by PLC , electric/hydraulic/pneumatic circuit
8. Good English communication skill , Good communication skill in team
9. Experience Engineering 2 -3 or up
