Project Manager (Software Development Business)

• Planning and organizing the project tasks.
• Driving the process for each phase of the project; planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
• Developing and Improving project management methodology.
• Provide consulting to project team member for process, methodology, problem solving in order to achieve project goal/objectives.
• Prepare feasibility study and business case in project initiation stage and project scheduling preparation.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS. At least 5 years of experience in Software project management 3–5 years of experience in project management for government agencies. Have experience with Account, ERP, HR, CRM systems will be an advantage Strong communication and presentation. Good command of English Capable of leading and directing a team.
