POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales/Admissions Administrator is responsible for managing initial online enquiries received through the Company’s Facebook pages, fan pages, and other designated online channels.

The role collects prospective customers’ information, conducts initial lead screening against the Company’s approved criteria, records the information accurately, and transfers qualified leads to the Sales team for further consultation.

• Clear, professional, and courteous written communication skills in Vietnamese.
