Job Description:

FX Buckley (Products) Limited is seeking dedicated and experienced butcher to join our team in Dublin. We are looking for professional with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparing various types of meat
• Ensuring all meat is stored, handled, and prepared in accordance with food safety standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, tools, and equipment
• Following health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and customer demand

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Butcher is desirable
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working in cold environments
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
