HR Business Partner

Role purpose: Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals, improve performance, and ensure effective HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

Core responsibilities

• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Lead performance management processes, coaching managers on feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
• Support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Drive engagement, retention, and culture initiatives using data and employee insights.
• Partner on recruitment and onboarding to meet hiring needs and improve candidate/employee experience.
• Identify learning needs and coordinate training, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR governance requirements.
• Use HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance trends) to recommend and implement improvements.
• HR generalist expertise across talent management, employee relations, performance, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to analyze people data and translate insights into practical actions.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience partnering with leaders in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
