Responsibilities:

Lash Services:

Perform classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume eyelash extensions Do lash lifts, tints, and lash/brow lamination Conduct lash consultations: assess eye shape, lifestyle, and recommend best style Do refills, removal, and lash aftercare education

Client Experience & Safety:

Welcome clients and maintain a clean, calm, aesthetic treatment bed Ensure 100% hygiene: sanitize tools, use disposable items, patch test for allergies Take before/after photos for portfolio with client permission Build client relationships to increase rebookings and referrals

Salon Operations:

Track inventory: lashes, adhesives, tweezers, pads, and report when stock is low Maintain booking calendar on Fresha/Booksy/WhatsApp Business Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Meet daily/weekly service and revenue targets

Marketing:

Post your lash sets on IG/TikTok Suggest lash trends, promos, and package deals Collect Google/IG reviews and testimonials

Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience Portfolio of 10+ lash sets required
