Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , or a related field, with 5–8+ years of relevant infrastructure experience .
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and enterprise technologies .
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 .
Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, high availability, and infrastructure scalability .
Experience with networking technologies , including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and load balancing.
Good knowledge of IT security, server hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and access management .
Experience with PowerShell, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management tools .
Practical experience supporting enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, e-commerce platforms, middleware/integration solutions, and data warehouse environments .
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.

Monitoring & Performance: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, performance monitoring, alerting, capacity management. Security: Server hardening, patch management, vulnerability management, endpoint security, IAM, privileged access. Automation: PowerShell, scripting, Azure Automation, infrastructure automation and deployment. Databases & Applications: SQL Server infrastructure, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, e-commerce, middleware, APIs, and data warehouse platforms. IT Operations: Incident management, problem management, change management, SLA management, infrastructure documentation. Architecture: Hybrid cloud, high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, infrastructure architecture and capacity planning.
