Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the development lifecycle from concept and planning through testing, launch, and post-launch improvement. Work closely with developers, designers, product managers, QA testers, and other technical teams. Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables. Ensure developers and technical teams understand project expectations. Monitor development progress and resolve blockers affecting delivery. Coordinate MVP development, beta testing, launch preparation, and subsequent product iterations. Professional project-management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Scrum Master, AgilePM, or equivalent is an advantage.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in project management, preferably within technology, software, mobile applications, digital products, or startups.

Demonstrable experience managing technology or software-development projects.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Strong project planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
