Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience handling high-value property transactions
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and/or secondary market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to manage and convert fresh leads effectively
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a high-performing team
- Dubai-based candidates with proven UAE real estate experience are strongly preferred
