Quantity Surveyor

Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for M&E works. Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and project requirements. Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor packages. Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Manage progress claims, payment certifications, and valuations. Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and expenditure. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, M&E Engineering, or a related discipline.
