Regulatory Affairs Specialist Cairo, Egypt | On-site | Entry to Junior Level About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Cairo. This role sits at the center of our compliance function, ensuring our dietary supplement and pharmaceutical products meet all regulatory requirements from registration through to market. You will work closely with regulatory authorities, internal teams, and external partners to keep our product pipeline compliant and moving. Responsibilities Prepare and submit regulatory documents for dietary supplement registration

Manage product registrations, renewals, and post-approval variations

Ensure compliance with local and international regulations covering ingredients, claims, and labeling

Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner

Review product labels, packaging, and marketing materials for regulatory accuracy

Prepare and organize documentation required for product registration, renewal, and customs clearance

Maintain accurate, audit-ready regulatory files and records

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to align on submission timelines

Monitor changes in local and international regulatory frameworks and flag any impact on current products

Support the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols where relevant

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and dietary supplement regulations (local experience with the Egyptian Drug Authority is a plus)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with regulatory bodies

Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously

Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
