Payroll Specialist
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Review attendance, overtime, leave balances, and payroll deductions.
Calculate salaries, bonuses, incentives, commissions, and end-of-service settlements.
Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and the Egyptian Labor Law.
Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data.
Coordinate with Finance regarding salary transfers and payroll-related transactions.
Maintain accurate payroll records while ensuring data confidentiality.
Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Manage social insurance and payroll-related documentation.
Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in payroll administration.
Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, Egyptian Labor Law, and Social Insurance regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Working Days: Six days per week (Saturday to Thursday)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
The company provides transportation on the following routes: Alexandria – El Agamy – Abu El Matamir – Kafr El-Dawwar.
