FINANCIAL ANALYST

Responsible for collaborating with departments across the company to gather, analyze, and consolidate budgets; prepare and maintain detailed budget models and variance reports using Workday Adaptive Planning; assist with the 5-year forecast for credit-position analysis; analyze historical data and market trends for long-term planning; and monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment; 2+ years leading/mentoring a talent acquisition team; sourcing and hiring for Technology and/or Accounting/Finance roles; competency-based behavioral interviewing; market research, data analysis and salary benchmarking; AI tools and recruitment technology
