Remote: Hybrid (2–3 days remote, on-site presence required)
About the Role
We are looking for a Functional /*Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance sector.**
You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly translated into structured requirements and actionable deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business teams and IT to gather, analyze, and formalize requirements
- Translate business needs into BPMN diagrams and User sTories and structured documentation
- Translate business need into Functional requirements
- Define and manage backlog prioritization in alignment with stakeholders
- Support the implementation of solutions by defining clear deliverables and project plans
- Act as a bridge between non-technical business users and technical teams
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and business expectations
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Functional / Business Analyst in the insurance industry (mandatory)
- Experience with BPMN modeling / UML modeling and requirements formalization
- Ability to manage and prioritize a project backlog
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working on digital transformation projects is a plus
Languages
- Idealy Trilingual profile required (e.g., English, French, Dutch or equivalent) or Fluent in french and English with at least passive comprehension of experience of Dutch
