PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Perform cold spray and plasma spray coating using manual and automated systems Perform all pre and post coating activities Understand and follow AS9100 quality standards and quality control systems. Monitor and maintain quality performance. Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Collaborate with operations manager to develop and implement controls and improvements. Comply with safety regulations. Assist in the investigation and troubleshooting of product or production issues. Implement corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. Assist in producing production reports. Source and purchase of production items. Coordinate with vendor/WOA on pick-up and delivery of items to ECK, including consumables such as powder and carrier gas. Support administrative work relating to production.
