Job Description Engage & mentor identified students Provide guidance, counselling & support Conduct student intervention programmes Organise student engagement activities Monitor students’ progress and well-being Work closely with school staffs & parents Requirements Diplomain Social/Youth Work or equivalent At least 2 years’ relevant social/youth work experience Experience in school/community settings preferred Able to develop & deliver youth programmes Strong student engagement & partnership-building skills Able to assess needs and develop intervention plans Good programme monitoring & evaluation skills Strong teamwork, organisation & adaptability Able to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally Able to work calmly under pressure, especially during live school events
