Your role and responsibilities checkmark

• Be involved in the entire recruitment and selection process, from drafting job descriptions to hiring new employees.
• Support HR tasks such as occupational health policies, evaluation meetings, and maintaining administration.
• Contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of HR processes.
• Execute a specific HR project based on your ambition, with full responsibility.
• Regular feedback and reflection sessions with the HR Manager to foster your development.
• Take on significant responsibility and actively contribute to improving business processes.
