Senior Technical Executive

Responsibilities:

Prepare drawing submissions to all authority departments;

Coordinate on matters relating to code compliance;

Inspect all drawings for code compliance, drafting standards and plan presentations before submission to authorities and provide advice to colleagues on non-compliance;

Attend site/TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans;

Liaise with consultants and authorities on all matters relating to code compliance;

Assist in preparation and checking of drawings for buildability and coordination with consultants;

Where applicable, supervise Assistant Technical Officer and Technical Officers within the team including delegating of tasks;

Proficiency in BIM & CAD operation;

Conversant in statutory code and requirements;

Able to work independently in fast paced working environment.

Requirements:

A recognized Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience;

Proficiency in BIM & CAD operation;

Knowledge in Revit;

Knowledge in preparation of drawings for construction and submission to local authorities.
