Reels Creator

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor / Reels Creator to join our in-house media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting and editing high-quality short-form video content , mainly for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms. The role requires strong filming and editing skills, a good visual sense, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging, professional videos.

Shoot professional short-form videos and Reels using cameras and smartphones.

Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and other filming equipment.

Choose appropriate camera angles, framing, movements, and lighting for each video.

Edit Reels and short-form videos from raw footage to final delivery.

Create engaging edits with strong pacing, cuts, transitions, music, sound effects, and subtitles.

Perform basic color correction and color grading.

Clean and enhance audio when required.

Use Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and other relevant editing software.

Add basic motion graphics and visual effects when needed.

Work with the creative and marketing teams to execute video concepts.

Direct subjects during filming to achieve the required shots and performance.

Adapt videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.

Keep up with current video styles, editing techniques, and social media trends.

Organize and manage footage, project files, and exported content.

Maintain consistent visual quality across all produced content.

Handle multiple video projects while meeting deadlines.

Suggest creative shooting and editing approaches to continuously improve content quality.

Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must provide a portfolio or links to previous videography, Reels, and video-editing work.
