Job Summary:
We are looking for a Blockchain Developer to join our team full-time. The role is focused on blockchain applications — building backend tooling, connectors to on-chain systems, and data pipelines that feed our DeFi yield strategies and inform capital deployment decisions. You will be part of a small, dynamic team with real influence over technical decisions and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Backend Tooling and Services in Rust
Work closely with the Yielding and Quant team to develop strategies
Optimize for low latency and inclusion of high throughput EVM transactions
Support the team with insights and best practices
Key Requirements:
3 years professional software development experience
2 years professional Rust experience
1-2 years of experience in the Ethereum ecosystem
Experience with EVM and Solidity smart contracts is a plus
Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (alloy, foundry)
Entrepreneurial, self motivated and driven
Strong work ethic and team player
Based in Swizterland and able to work from our office in Zug full time
