Over de functie As a DHL Express Route Courier, you make sure parcels are delivered to business and private customers on time and in excellent condition. You start from the depot in Nieuw-Vennep and drive your route in an efficient, safe and service-focused way. You work independently, stay organized during the day and provide professional customer contact at every stop.

Your activities consist of:

• Delivering parcels to 50 to 80 addresses per day
• Loading your delivery van independently and arranging parcels in a logical and efficient order
• Planning and driving your route with app support during the initial period
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along your route
• Keeping your delivery van neat, safe and ready for use

As a DHL Express Route Courier, you work 4 days per week and do not work weekends. Your working hours are between 08:00 and 19:00, giving you varied working days with plenty of independence, responsibility and customer contact.

• A gross hourly salary between €16.60 and €21.58, based on your experience.
• A temporary contract with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position at DHL Express.
• A flexible work schedule of 24 to 40 hours per week, with shifts between 08:00 and 19:00.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (starting from 5 km one-way).
• 8% holiday allowance, 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB), and 23 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek.
