Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, financial reporting and month-end closing for clients.
• Handle accounting, tax compliance and statutory reporting matters.
• Support corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance matters.
• Independently manage client portfolios and communicate with clients.
• Work closely with directors to improve accounting processes and implement AI agents and automation solutions.
• Contribute ideas and support the firm's continued growth.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including mandatory working experience in a professional accounting firm.
• Prior experience in a Malaysian accounting firm is highly preferred.
• Practical exposure to accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial functions.
• Hands-on Xero experience is mandatory; QuickBooks Online experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore accounting and tax requirements is an advantage.
• IT-savvy with a genuine passion for AI, technology and process automation.
• Independent, responsible and able to manage multiple assignments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for working in a growing, startup-style environment.
