Senior BIM Architect

Own BIM standards at the project level — model setup, federation, coordination, and quality across disciplines. Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and audit Revit models per the company's BIM Execution Plan
• Run model federation, clash detection, and coordination reporting in Navisworks
• Support teams on Revit troubleshooting, family management, and modeling best practice
• Coordinate with structural/MEP BIM modelers to resolve spatial conflicts

Requirements

• 8+ years in architectural design, with 4–5+ years focused on BIM coordination in a consulting firm; Bachelor's in Architecture
• Strong grasp of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and BIM 360/ACC collaboration
• Advanced Revit and Navisworks Manage; Dynamo scripting or BIM certification a plus
