Skal:Lead
- Lead and supervise Packaging Engineer.
- Work closely with supplier on packaging FG, Part development, and close the gap between supplier and customer understanding on technical aspect.
- Design, Test, Calculate cost, Technical problem shooting about packaging components in development, production and response to customer complaints.
- Testing, FMEA, Documentation on both customer and internal files.
- Report on the new model meeting.
- Material preparation for all testing samples. Packaging sample submission for approval.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Supervise Warehouse management, KAIZEN, Layout, Inventory, etc.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager and general manager.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Logistics, Packaging, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field. Age 22 up Proficiency in 2D and 3D computer aided design (CAD) tools (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks). At least 1-3 years of experience in Logistics engineering/Automation Experience in industry standards for packaging design (ISO 9001, ASTM, JIS, etc.). Good Computer skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word, Power BI, etc.). Ability to work under pressure. Good in English communication.
