Customer Service Executive @ West Region

Job Summary

Our client is an established food manufacturing and distribution company seeking an experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to manage end-to-end customer orders and support the daily coordination of the Sales Support team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders, including processing, amendments, returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries, delivery issues, billing matters and credit/debit notes.
• Lead and guide Customer Service staff, including daily task allocation, work scheduling and manpower coordination.
• Monitor team performance, prepare reports and implement process improvements.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Sales Support.
• Prior team-leading experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management is required.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end order processing and ERP systems.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or distribution is an advantage.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to support occasional Saturdays/Public Holidays when required, with time off provided.
