Project Manager – Engineering & Systems Integration (Semiconductor)

Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale engineering projects in the semiconductor industry, covering project planning, schedule control, cost management, and delivery acceptance.

Client Engagement: Maintain close communication with semiconductor industry clients, accurately understand client requirements, and translate them into executable project plans.

Resource & Risk Management: Coordinate internal and external resources to drive project execution according to plan, proactively identifying and resolving project risks.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports and provide regular progress updates to management.

Commercial Support: Participate in project tendering, commercial negotiations, and support the team in business development.

Requirements Language & Nationality: Fluent in English as the primary working language for business communication (written and verbal).

Industry Experience: Proven experience in managing large-scale engineering projects, with client-facing experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.

Methodology: Familiar with project management processes and methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).

Core Competencies: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, resilience under pressure, and strong problem-solving abilities.
