ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Shipping Documentation Admin, you’ll support the smooth handling of shipping activities by keeping shipment records, documents, and administrative tasks accurate and organized. This role is a great starting point for fresh graduates who want to build experience in shipping, logistics, documentation, and business operations while developing their professional skills in an international work environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain shipping and shipment-related documents
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Encode and update shipment information in internal systems and records
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, freight partners, and other stakeholders
  • Assist in tracking shipment documentation and status updates
  • Support the preparation of reports and administrative requirements
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete documents when needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the shipping and operations team
  • Handle other related tasks that support smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or with up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Graduate of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working with documents, records, and data
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Willing to learn shipping and logistics processes
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracyPrevious exposure to shipping, freight, import/export, or documentation is an advantage but not required
