About the Role We have partnered with a telecoms systems, infrastructure and network provider on a mission to develop innovative systems and software that make the impossible possible. For this role, we are looking for a highly engaged Bookkeeper with a passion for learning. You should ideally be confident and comfortable in tailoring communication to different audiences as one way to manage your relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

What you’ll be working on

• Provide information that allows our business partners to make sound financial decisions and build-on vendor goodwill.
• Review and reconcile stakeholder invoices and financial transactions
• You will be relied on for your resourcefulness and creativity in identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and control.
• Build trust in your ownership of tasks as assigned by stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 Years of experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
• Proficient knowledge of Sage and Xero
• Keen on helping and supporting the team
• Bright, highly self-motivated and driven
• Ability to solve problems quickly and completely
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, flexible, and cooperative
• Personable and approachable, with an enthusiastic and motivational nature and an overall passion for excellence

Open to a 12PM to 9PM (Manila Time) workshift schedule.
