Logistics & Operations Manager

- Manage daily truck dispatch and delivery, handle urgent issues
- Monitor fuel, vendor cost, and truck maintenance
- Report performance and Statement of Account (SOA) monthly
- Lead and support the Operations Staff team
- Help set up operations for new business (SAMSUNG IN FACTORY OPERATION, NEW PROJECT )
- 5+ years experience in trucking / logistics operations
- Experience leading a small team
- Good problem-solving and communication skill (Vietnamese, basic English)
- Familiar with Excel and operation systems (e.g. ELSA, Eport)
