Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical/Electronic, Automation or a related field;
• 7+ years in product development/R&D in industrial electronics, electrical components, connection technology, power supplies or automation
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or an R&D department, including budget and people management
• Strong background in electronic and/or electromechanical product design (power electronics, power supplies and batteries)
