Senior Architect / Associate

We are seeking experienced architects to join our team. As a Senior Architect (lead) / Associate, you will be responsible for leading architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects. This position require strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and team members

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions

Job Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture

Minimum 10 years of experience plus BOA registration preferred for Senior Architect position

Experience in design or project management of large-scale complex projects (SGD $150 million and above)

Familiarity with Public Projects (PSSCOC) protocol of project management

Experience in healthcare projects highly preferred

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
