Chinese Physician (TCM)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive and professional consultations & treatment to patients, including but not limited to educate patients about suitable treatment options to achieve optimal outcome.
Understand patient medical history, symptoms, and health concerns & develop personalised TCM treatment to patients
Skilful and ethical in treating patients with acupuncture, therapeutic massage, cupping, scrapping and internal medication.
Prescribe Chinese Medicine / Medical Herb to support patients’ healing.
Attend to clients' enquiries about treatments and other TCM-related queries.
Ensure proper documentation of treatment services and medicine assigned to patients. The medical record card to be fill out correct and record the information of each treatment case truthfully.
Maintain the confidentiality of patients' information.
Work closely with therapists and clinic manager to customize holistic wellness treatment for the patients in a timely manner and give detailed instructions (eg patients need additional parts, services, etc).
Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and MOH’s regulatory requirements.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A Diploma or Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
A valid registration with Singapore TCM Physician Practising Certificate.
A caring and patient-oriented attitude.
Passion for serving patients.
