Senior/Audiologist

Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Mon – Fri), 8:00am – 12:30pm (Sat) Working location: North, North-East Singapore Community healthcare setting

A leading public healthcare group is seeking a Senior Audiologist and an Audiologist to provide comprehensive audiology services, with a focus on elderly patients with hearing loss and auditory-related disorders in a community healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct audiological assessments, diagnostic tests and aural toilet procedures
• Develop treatment plans including hearing aid fitting and prescription
• Provide counselling and guidance to patients and caregivers on hearing and communication management
• Conduct tinnitus counselling and vestibular testing where required
• Provide preventive and community-based audiology services and referrals
• Supervise and train newly joined Audiologists and Audiology Technicians
• Support clinic operations, equipment calibration, inventory management and reporting
• Participate in health promotion, quality improvement and departmental initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology or Master of Science (Audiology)
• Min. 2 years of clinical audiology experience preferred, but not essential
• Eligible for membership with Singapore, British, Australian or American Audiological Societies
• Certificate of Competence / Clinical Certificate is advantageous
