Site Technician

We’re looking for a competent, hands-on technician to help with a wide variety of projects on-site. This role is about being versatile, detail-oriented, and reliable — someone who can jump in on anything from equipment operation to basic construction, site improvements, or day-to-day fixes. No task is beneath you, and you take pride in finishing what you start.

Responsibilities

• Support general site projects such as setup, improvements, and repairs

• Provide technical support and hands-on assistance for the installation of specialized equipment or infrastructure required by tech tenants.

• Operate or learn to operate equipment like skid steers, forklifts, or telehandlers

• Assist with construction and carpentry (framing, metal work, simple structures, etc.)

• Handle assembly and installation of fencing, furniture, fixtures, or security equipment

• Work on outdoor and utility projects such as trenching, block stacking, or landscaping tasks

• Tackle one-off projects and pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving forward
