Driver

Responsibilities:

Safely transport the employer and authorized passengers as required. Ensure punctual arrival at appointments and scheduled destinations. Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the vehicle. Carry out routine vehicle checks and report faults promptly. Plan routes and use knowledge of local roads to ensure efficient transportation. Comply with all traffic laws and road-safety regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s movements and personal affairs. Assist with other reasonable driving-related duties as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a professional or personal driver. Must possess a valid Nigerian driver’s licence. Good knowledge of Port Harcourt roads and surrounding areas. Must be experienced in driving safely and responsibly. Good knowledge of road safety rules and defensive driving. Must be reliable, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy. Must be neat, presentable, respectful, and well-mannered. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to identify minor vehicle faults. Ability to keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good condition. Must be willing to reside within the premises as required. Applicants with previous experience working for a private residence are strongly preferred.
