Creative Designer (Full-Time)

Hello! We are Canting Creative Digital Agency, a creative partner based in Yogyakarta specializing in digital content, video production, and brand storytelling. Currently, we are opening an opportunity for those who are eager to learn and grow as a Full-Time Creative Designer.

Job Description

• Create designs for social media content, including feeds, carousels, Stories, thumbnails, and other digital assets.
• Adapt key visuals and templates into different formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Translate creative briefs and content ideas into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual designs.
• Apply strong layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy across designs.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver work efficiently and on time.
• Work across various brands handled by Canting, adapting designs to different visual identities and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Content Planners, Content Creators, and other creative team members throughout the content production process.

Criteria

• Based in Yogyakarta.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or the creative industry, preferably in social media content.
• Proficient in Canva, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to follow and apply brand guidelines and design templates consistently.
• Detail-oriented, fast, and efficient in execution.
• Able to adapt visual styles across different brands and audiences.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant social media and digital design work is preferred.
