About the company
Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Your tasks
- Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD).
- Create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings with computer-aided design (CAD).
- Analyze technical documents and reports.
- Prepare working drawings.
- Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates.
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems.
- Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and building codes.
- Professionalism in customer service.
- Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required.
Requirements
Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience.
Computer and technology knowledge MS Outlook.
Area of work experience Design.
Architectural specialization Commercial and/or industrial construction. Residential construction.
Transportation/travel information Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence.
Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail.
