BW Cambuhy is the long-term investment strategy of BWGI. The team focuses on identifying and partnering with companies and assets — both in Brazil and globally — through flexible mandates with a long-term value creation horizon.

About the role:

BW Cambuhy is looking for an intern to support the team in its different mandates:

Strategic Investments: aimed at achieving significant, long-term capital appreciation primarily through control-oriented or highly influential investments in top-quality global companies.

Special Opportunities: flexible mandate allowing investments across the capital structure with a medium-term investment horizon, including public and private opportunities globally.

The main responsibilities will be:

Support analysts and portfolio managers in the evaluation of new opportunities and monitoring of portfolio companies

Help build and maintain valuation models, research materials and internal databases

Assist in various internal projects, including P&L and performance reporting

Qualifications:

Expected graduation in December 2027 or later

Strong interest in finance, business and investing

Advanced Excel skills

Fluency in English

Desirable programming tools

Start date: January 2027
